Diogo Ferreira 40712dd0bb Add an option to multiplex AP and STA on wlan0
This adds CONFIG_MTK_COMBO_AOSP_TETHERING_SUPPORT which, when enabled,
allows ap and wlan to co-exist in the same interface, as Android
expects.

Most of this functionality is also available (albeit not compilable broken)
under CFG_TC1_FEATURE but that has larger implications around the radio
and usb stack that we do not want to adopt.

Alexander Usyskin 2ef7229277 mei: bus: fix received data size check in NFC fixup
commit 582ab27a063a506ccb55fc48afcc325342a2deba upstream.

NFC version reply size checked against only header size, not against
full message size. That may lead potentially to uninitialized memory access
in version data.

That leads to warnings when version data is accessed:

Tomas Winkler 8343a52ace mei: me: do not load the driver if the FW doesn't support MEI interface
commit 5e6533a6f52f1a8283b2f818f5828be99a417dd6 upstream.

NM and SPS FW types that may run on ME device on server platforms
do not have valid MEI/HECI interface and driver should not
be bound to it as this might lead to system hung.
In practice not all BIOSes effectively hide such devices from the
OS and in some cases it is not possible.

We determine FW type by examining Host FW status registers in order to
unbind the driver.
In this patch we are adding check for ME on Cougar Point, Lynx Point
Devices

Chao Bi 2bc744aa8b mei: set client's read_cb to NULL when flow control fails
commit accb884b32e82f943340688c9cd30290531e73e0 upstream.

In mei_cl_read_start(), if it fails to send flow control request, it
will release "cl->read_cb" but forget to set pointer to NULL, leaving
"cl->read_cb" still pointing to random memory, next time this client is
operated like mei_release(), it has chance to refer to this wrong pointer.

Alexander Usyskin 24a5091004 mei: don't unset read cb ptr on reset
commit 5cb906c7035f03a3a44fecece9d3ff8fcc75d6e0 upstream.

Don't set read callback to NULL during reset as
this leads to memory leak of both cb and its buffer.
The memory is correctly freed during mei_release.

The memory leak is detectable by kmemleak if
application has open read call while system is going through
suspend/resume.

James Bottomley e891b8e307 SCSI: enclosure: fix WARN_ON in dual path device removing
commit a1470c7bf3a4676e62e4c0fb204e339399eb5c59 upstream.

Bug report from: wenxiong@linux.vnet.ibm.com

The issue is happened in dual controller configuration. We got the
sysfs warnings when rmmod the ipr module.

enclosure_unregister() in drivers/msic/enclosure.c, call device_unregister()
for each componment deivce, device_unregister() ->device_del()->kobject_del()
->sysfs_remove_dir(). In sysfs_remove_dir(), set kobj->sd = NULL.

For each componment device,
enclosure_component_release()->enclosure_remove_links()->sysfs_remove_link()
in which checking kobj->sd again, it has been set as NULL when doing
device_unregister. So we saw all these sysfs WARNING.

Mark Rusk 39d163b387 drivers/misc/hpilo: Correct panic when an AUX iLO is detected
commit eefbc594abbb1b7e6e7eeadb65ae7c7538474210 upstream.

 Using an uninitialized variable 'devnum' after 'goto out;' was causing
 panic. Just go ahead and return, we need to ignore AUX iLO devs.

Tomas Winkler 9c289c0c14 mei: me: fix hardware reset flow
commit ff96066e3171acdea356b331163495957cb833d0 upstream.

Both H_IS and H_IE needs to be set to receive H_RDY
interrupt

1. Assert H_IS to clear the interrupts during hw reset
and use mei_me_reg_write instead of mei_hcsr_set as the later
strips down the H_IS

2. fix interrupt disablement embarrassing typo
  hcsr |= ~H_IE -> hcsr &= ~H_IE;
this will remove the unwanted interrupt on power down

3. remove useless debug print outs

Tomas Winkler 644f5d5707 mei: me: fix waiting for hw ready
commit dab9bf41b23fe700c4a74133e41eb6a21706031e upstream.

1. MEI_INTEROP_TIMEOUT is in seconds not in jiffies
so we use mei_secs_to_jiffies macro
While cold boot is fast this is relevant in resume
2. wait_event_interruptible_timeout can return with
-ERESTARTSYS so do not override it with -ETIMEDOUT
3.Adjust error message

need to be prevented when reset was triggered during

Samuel Ortiz 5e85b36448 mei: init: Flush scheduled work before resetting the device
Flushing pending work items before resetting the device makes more
sense than doing so afterwards. Some of them, like e.g. the NFC
initialization one, find themselves with client IDs changed after
the reset, eventually leading to trigger a client.c:mei_me_cl_by_id()
warning after a few modprobe/rmmod cycles.
