This adds CONFIG_MTK_COMBO_AOSP_TETHERING_SUPPORT which, when enabled,
allows ap and wlan to co-exist in the same interface, as Android
expects.
Most of this functionality is also available (albeit not compilable broken)
under CFG_TC1_FEATURE but that has larger implications around the radio
and usb stack that we do not want to adopt.

commit 582ab27a063a506ccb55fc48afcc325342a2deba upstream.
NFC version reply size checked against only header size, not against
full message size. That may lead potentially to uninitialized memory access
in version data.
That leads to warnings when version data is accessed:
drivers/misc/mei/bus-fixup.c: warning: '*((void *)&ver+11)' may be used uninitialized in this function [-Wuninitialized]: => 212:2

commit 5e6533a6f52f1a8283b2f818f5828be99a417dd6 upstream.
NM and SPS FW types that may run on ME device on server platforms
do not have valid MEI/HECI interface and driver should not
be bound to it as this might lead to system hung.
In practice not all BIOSes effectively hide such devices from the
OS and in some cases it is not possible.
We determine FW type by examining Host FW status registers in order to
unbind the driver.

Bug report from: wenxiong@linux.vnet.ibm.com
The issue is happened in dual controller configuration. We got the
sysfs warnings when rmmod the ipr module.
enclosure_unregister() in drivers/msic/enclosure.c, call device_unregister()
for each componment deivce, device_unregister() ->device_del()->kobject_del()
->sysfs_remove_dir(). In sysfs_remove_dir(), set kobj->sd = NULL.
For each componment device,
enclosure_component_release()->enclosure_remove_links()->sysfs_remove_link()
in which checking kobj->sd again, it has been set as NULL when doing
device_unregister. So we saw all these sysfs WARNING.

Flushing pending work items before resetting the device makes more
sense than doing so afterwards. Some of them, like e.g. the NFC
initialization one, find themselves with client IDs changed after
the reset, eventually leading to trigger a client.c:mei_me_cl_by_id()
warning after a few modprobe/rmmod cycles.
